asbestosis pleural

asbestosis pleural
I was diagnosed with pleural disease and asbestosis by a slight respirologist. Do I have rights to right?

I live in British Columbia but was exposed to asbestos in Ontario during the late 60s and 70s. The Workplace Safety and Insurance (WAS & IB) is saying that I am not entitled. The WAS & IB has accepted the asbestos-related diseases pleural, but will not accept the Diag of asbestosis. Do I have options?

You need to find a specialist in the airways that can determine precisely where and when they were exposed. To make it easier, try to find support groups for this, you can have in Ontario … especially if they were exposed in a given workplace or school. If you can find others who worked with or went to school with sustained the same fate. The power is in numbers. You may even have a class action suit in law against a former employer / school board. Good luck.
